Account & Eligibility
To use certain features of our services, you may need to provide contact information. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information. • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. • Be responsible for all activity under your account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use of Services
Our SaaS tools are provided for lawful business and personal use. You may: • Use our free tools without creating an account. • Access premium features as described in each tool's documentation. • Integrate our tools with your workflows as intended. All tools are provided as-is. We continuously improve our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Payments & Subscriptions
Some tools and services may require payment: • Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. • Custom development services are billed as agreed in the project contract.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services. • Upload malicious content, malware, or spam. • Resell or redistribute our tools without authorization. • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • ToolGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. • We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important data.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through: • Good-faith negotiation as a first step. • Mediation if negotiation fails. • Binding arbitration as a last resort. We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
