Point of Sale & Store Manager
One counter screen, and the whole back office behind it
A till screen fast enough to work one-handed, with stock, purchasing, suppliers, customers and reporting behind it. The same build covers a grocery, a laundry, a guesthouse and a car garage β the trade-specific part (rooms, repair jobs, rental contracts, tables) sits at the top of the menu and everything shared stays shared. Cash is accounted for by shift, and the header says so out loud when a shift has been open more than 24 hours or a drawer has gone negative.

How it works
Server-rendered PHP on a classic admin shell, and that is a choice rather than an accident: the counter has to run on whatever machine the shop already owns, over whatever connection it has, with nothing to install or build on site. The trade modules are not forks β they are permission-gated menu blocks on one codebase, so a fix to the sale flow reaches the garage and the guesthouse in the same deploy. The interface was rebuilt on top of the 2016 theme token by token instead of being replaced, with a measured contrast pass over every colour that carries meaning.
How it works
How It Works
Set up
load products, prices and suppliers, then switch on the trade module the shop actually works in
Open a shift
the drawer starts from a counted float, and every sale from here lands against that shift
Sell
ring items off the grid or a barcode, split the payment, hold or defer the bill when the customer is not ready
Close and read
close the shift to account the cash, then read the day by product, by purchase and by profit
